Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?

In this mischievous twist on a heart-swapping tale, players step into the shoes of Cass, an amateur surgeon whose recent fixation with body modification goes awry. During a botched procedure at an underground clinic, Cass accidentally swaps hearts with three diverse characters: a lovelorn poet, a ruthless corporate executive, and a flamboyant magician. Each heart brings its own challenges, secrets, and dilemmas. Players must navigate through their emotional journeys and conflicting life goals while piecing together why those hearts ended up on Cass’s surgery table in the first place. Decisions will affect not just the resolution of the characters’ stories, but also Cass's own identity and sanity. Will Cass manage to balance their adventures, mend the broken hearts, and ultimately find out what the heart truly desires?
