In a dystopian world where emotions can be traded, you play as Eli, a master empath who can borrow emotions from others to navigate a city filled with dangerous factions. You are tasked with discovering the hidden truth behind the mysterious disappearance of hearts - both literal and metaphorical. As you interact with various characters, you can choose to take their emotions to gain unique abilities, but at the risk of losing a part of yourself. Each decision shapes the narrative, leading to multiple endings based on the empathy you choose to wield and the hearts you ultimately decide to restore or consume.
