In 'Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?', you play as Alex, a quirky and charming heart-transplant surgeon in a world where hearts have unique personalities and can communicate. After a particularly chaotic surgery, Alex accidentally gets the heart of a notorious stand-up comedian named Jake. Now, with Jake's heart residing in Alex’s chest, the two must navigate through a series of absurd and humorous situations, including awkward first dates, misunderstandings, and uproarious heart-to-heart conversations. Along the way, players will face various choices that impact their budding romance and affect their relationship with both Jake’s spirit and Alex’s own heart’s desires, ultimately leading to multiple endings based on who Alex's true heart belongs to.
