Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?

Set in a bustling, dystopian metropolis, players assume the role of a talented, disillusioned heart-transplant surgeon named Dr. Sam Vitale. One fateful night, after experiencing a mysterious power outage during a high-stakes operation, Sam wakes up to find parts of their own heart and other living organs mysteriously swapped with their patients. As Sam navigates the dark alleys and underground networks of the city, they must uncover a conspiracy involving an underground organ trade while trying to piece together the fragmented emotional narratives linked to each heart they now carry. Every choice influences the direction of the story, leading to either a path of redemption or the ultimate downfall.
