Set in a whimsical world where hats have magical properties and personalities, you are a hat detective in an over-the-top city known for its eccentric residents. After a grand hat heist occurs during the annual Mad Hat Festival, it’s up to you to sift through a cast of bizarre characters—from a tap-dancing detective to a philosopher who swears hats are sentient—each with their own story to tell.
