Whose Halo Is This?

In a quirky futuristic city teeming with eccentric characters, players assume the role of Sam, a hapless detective who accidentally stumbles upon a case involving a mysteriously floating halo that keeps changing owners. Each time the halo changes possession, the new owner embarks on ridiculous misadventures, leaving behind clues and whimsical items that create additional layers of mystery.
