In 'Whose Face is It Anyway?', players step into the shoes of Alex, a washed-up celebrity impersonator who wakes up in a bizarre hospital with no memory of how they got there. As they navigate a world filled with eccentric patients, odd staff members, and a mysterious affliction that causes them to randomly change faces (including those of famous personalities), players must gather clues and decode their own identity. Will they piece together the mystery of their past, or will they forever be lost in the chaos of unrecognizable visages? Every choice affects the face Alex wears and the path of the story, leading to absurd situations and darkly humorous confrontations.
