Whose Darn Item Is This?

In a bustling city where nearly everyone has a wild story, you play as a quirky detective with a penchant for collecting lost items that don’t belong to you—even if it was once a beloved pet's squeaky toy. Your task is to unravel the tales behind these mysterious possessions. Each item leads you to a new character whose elaborate backstory ties them to the object. With branching dialogue and unexpected twists, uncover secrets, tackle moral dilemmas, and ultimately decide the fate of these items and their owners. Will you return them, hold onto them for sentimental value, or become their quirky custodian? It's a hilarious chaotically sentimental journey of connection, characterization, and, of course, questionable 'acquisitions.'
