Whose Adventure is it Anyway?

In a fantastical realm where the rules of storytelling are governed by the whims of its inhabitants, you find yourself taking on the role of a hapless protagonist. Rather than guiding your own adventure, you are forced to navigate a series of unfortunate encounters where each choice dictates not just the outcome, but who the actual 'hero' of the story is. The Narrator, an over-the-top character who can summon any trope or cliche at a moment's notice, dictates the path of your quest as you struggle to regain control over your narrative. Will you become the daring knight or the crafty villain or will you be doomed to a fate as an ‘average joe’ in a world filled with fantastical clichés? Your decisions, humor, and occasional absurdity will determine how far you've strayed from your original quest – or if you can reclaim your story at all before the credits roll!
