Whose Adventure Is It Anyway?

In a world where every character is aware they're part of a story, you play as a hapless sidekick who’s tired of the typical tropes. When the main hero goes missing right before a climactic battle against an evil overlord, it’s up to you to navigate through a series of bizarre scenarios influenced by reader choices, parody tropes from popular adventures, and interact with other characters who seek to take the lead. With each decision, you’ll have to creatively dodge the pitfalls of narrative clichés, such as unwarranted heroism, love interest distractions, and quirky animal companions, while striving to save the day in the most unexpected ways. Your role is constantly up for debate: Are you the hero of your own story, or just the punchline?
