In 'Waveloop Chronicles', players assume the role of an aspiring writer trapped in a modern-day theatre where characters from their own stories come to life. The theatre is a labyrinthine space filled with different genres: a gothic horror wing, a whimsical fantasy nook, and a gritty noir corridor. Each room reveals a fragment of the protagonist's unfinished works, with characters demanding a say in their fate. Players navigate conversations, conjure narrative twists, and make moral decisions that affect plot outcomes both for their characters and themselves. The twist? Players have a limited number of rewrites—one wrong turn could lead to catastrophic results for both the characters and the player's future as a writer!
