Set in a vibrant near-future city, Lexi takes on the challenge of upgrading the interfaces and interactions of various quirky businesses, but there’s a twist: each company is run by eccentric personalities who have their own wild ideas about customer service. From a coffee shop where the barista can only communicate through haikus, to a tech store managed by a rogue AI with questionable motives, players must navigate bizarre interactions, solve puzzles, and make choices that impact the fate of these establishments. The dialogue-rich gameplay is peppered with humor, tension, and dramatic confrontations as Lexi tries to balance customer satisfaction with the chaos of creativity.
