The Paradoxical Chronicles: Whose Quest Is It, Anyway?

In this interactive text-based game, players take on the role of a time-traveling bard named Riff, who has accidentally become the unwitting protagonist of a wildly convoluted story involving multiple heroes, anachronistic villains, and a quest that seems to change every time Riff opens his mouth. Players navigate various time periods, from the archaic past to a chaotic future, encountering quirky characters and absurd scenarios. The narrative is filled with comedic dialogue and the player can choose how Riff reacts to each new twist—sometimes leading to unintended consequences that throw the plot into further disarray. Everybody wants to be the hero, but while Riff tries to make sense of it all, he'll inevitably become a legend—or a laughing stock!
