The Narrative Heist

In 'The Narrative Heist', players step into the shoes of a self-aware protagonist who realizes they are trapped in a series of clichéd plotlines written by an unseen author. Tasked with manipulating the story's direction, players can use 'Narrative Coins' to bend the rules of storytelling—switching genres, altering character arcs, or introducing plot twists. As they embark on heists to liberate fellow characters from boring fates, they must face off against the Author's minions (the stoic Hero, the Sassy Sidekick, and more), all while trying to craft the wildest, most entertaining tale. Players can choose to team up or betray other characters, weave drama, and ultimately challenge the very structure of their own narrative in a race against the clock.
