In Sparse Dimension, the player takes on the role of a compiler programmer tasked with optimizing code for large-scale machine learning. The catch? The data is structured in unique and complex ways that require careful consideration and strategy to efficiently iterate over. The player must learn to abstract over array structures and discover new iteration strategies to optimize code, all while competing against rival programmers in a race to complete the most challenging programs.
