Snippets of Immunity

The player assumes the role of a scientist tasked with identifying immune traces within T cell receptor sequences in order to develop a new biomarker for detecting diseases. The game teaches about the principles of using Atchley numbers to represent biochemical properties of amino acid residues, as well as linear kernel and gradient optimization methods.
