Shadowplay: Whose Shadow is This, Anyway?

In a world where shadows have personalities and motives of their own, players assume the role of Rhea, a clever and acerbic shadow detective tasked with solving a series of perplexing crimes. Each case begins with a shadow mysteriously detached from its owner, leading Rhea to explore a vibrant underworld where shadows interact with their physical counterparts in unpredictable ways. Players engage in clever conversations with characters (shadow and human alike), solve intricate puzzles that rely on light manipulation, and ultimately must confront the eerie Shadow Council—an elite group that governs all shadows. The choices players make can change the fate of both the shadows and their owners, leading to multiple endings.
