Quest Log: Whose Turn Is It Anyway?

In a whimsical, fractured fantasy realm where quests are assigned via a chaotic and capricious quest log, players take on the role of a reluctant hero navigating a series of absurd quests. Each turn, players utilize text-based commands to influence the direction of their next task, which may involve teaming up (or bickering) with a rotating cast of peculiar characters, solving ridiculous riddles, and choosing between wildly divergent paths. The goal? To keep the Quest Log from falling into the hands of the sinister entity known as 'The Boredom,' who thrives on stale narratives and uncompleted quests. Players must keep their wits about them while facing challenges that range from absurdly funny to existentially dramatic, all while managing their party's relationships and ensuring that everyone gets a fair turn.
