Set during the 1800s on the Lewis and Clark expedition, players embark on a hilariously bizarre adventure through the untamed wilderness. Using the infamous 'thunder-clappers'—giant laxative pills—players must navigate not only the natural challenges of the era but also the absurdities of early medical practices.
