In the year 2050, a deadly disease caused by misfolded proteins has ravaged the world. Players take on the role of a scientist tasked with discovering a new cellular pathway to clear misfolded proteins from the human body. Using genetic, imaging, and biochemical approaches, players must discover the pathway and create a therapy to rid the world of the disease before it's too late.
