You play as a scientist who must develop a new therapy to clear misfolded proteins from cells. Using a combination of genetic, imaging, and biochemical techniques, you must discover the new pathway for clearing misfolded proteins from the nucleus and find a way to target it for therapy. The clock is ticking as misfolded proteins continue to accumulate and cause damage to the cells.
