Protein Pathways is an educational game where players explore the previously unknown cellular pathway for clearing misfolded proteins from cells. They use genetic, imaging, and biochemical approaches to understand how protein clearance occurs in yeast cells. Players learn about vesicle traffic biology, protein clearance, and misfolded protein inclusions.
