Protein Clearance Quest

Join a team of scientists on a quest to discover and explore the newly defined cellular pathway for clearing misfolded proteins from the nucleus. You will use genetic, imaging, and biochemical approaches to conduct experiments and learn how yeast cells dealt with misfolded proteins.
