Pixelated Dreams is a simulation game that follows two video game designers named Sam and Sadie from their childhood to their success in the game development industry. The player gets to experience the highs and lows of Sam and Sadie's creative journey as they work together to create increasingly sophisticated games using new technology. The game also explores the personal lives of Sam and Sadie, including their friendship, their love lives, and their family relationships.
