In 'Nightmare Ledger', players take on the role of a Sleep Auditor, a bureaucratic entity that monitors dreams to maintain the balance between reality and the subconscious. When a series of dream disturbances begin to spiral out of control, players must navigate through a surreal landscape filled with warped memories, existential dilemmas, and twisted characters. Each dream they audit reveals clues and challenges, leading to a showdown against an unknown force manipulating the dreamscape. As they dive deeper, players must confront their own fears and motivations while unraveling the mystery of who—and what—is controlling the dream ledger.
