Nightmare Chronicles: Whose Nightmare Is It, Anyway?

In an unsettlingly whimsical world, players dive into a unique realm where nightmarish scenarios are crafted from the fears and anxieties of the townsfolk. You play as the reluctant 'Fearmaker,' whose job it is to help each villager confront their nightmares, but with a twist: you must gather absurdly humorous items and clues in a mock-trial format to 'prove' why their nightmare is happening. Each dreamscape is filled with comic absurdities and dramatic moments, allowing players to interact with surreal characters who will either aid or hinder your progress. It’s a race against time to bring light to the darkness and restore balance to the town, all while balancing humor with a genuinely chilling atmosphere.
