Nightmare Chronicles: Whose Nightmare Is It, Anyway?

In this darkly humorous interactive text-based game, players step into the shoes of Malachi, a reluctant 'Nightmare Curator' tasked with collecting and salvaging dreams gone awry. Set in a twisted dream realm where nightmares manifest based on people's fears, every choice the player makes affects the outcome of the characters’ dreams. As Malachi navigates bizarre dreamscapes—from a clown parade turned apocalyptic to existential dread in a bureaucratic hell—players must form alliances, battle surreal entities, and solve bizarre dream puzzles. The ultimate goal? Find the source of a powerful nightmare that threatens to spill into reality and uncover whose nightmare it truly is. Will they save the dreamers or will Malachi succumb to his own nightmare?
