Narrative Nexus: Whose Story is it Anyway?

In 'Narrative Nexus', players step into the shoes of a self-aware protagonist who discovers that their entire life has been crafted by a chaotic group of writers. The game takes place in a surreal world where every location, dialogue, and plot twist is a genre trope under scrutiny. As the protagonist, you must navigate through bizarre scenarios while interacting with various ‘writer avatars’—each representing different genres like horror, romance, sci-fi, and comedy. As you make choices, the narration dynamically shifts based on the genre you lean into, resulting in wildly different outcomes. Will you break free from the narrative constraints and forge your own path, or succumb to their whims for a laugh?
