In a future where age-related diseases have taken a toll on humanity, you are a scientist tasked with understanding the cellular pathway for clearing misfolded proteins from cells. Using genetic, imaging, and biochemical approaches, you must explore the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells to find the garbage dump site where misfolded proteins are removed. Along the way, you'll encounter challenges from mutated proteins and the declining health of aging cells.
