MetaQuest: Whose Adventure Is It Anyway?

Step into a world where the boundaries of storytelling and reality blend in a chaotic tapestry of adventure. In this interactive text-based game, players assume the role of a reluctant hero caught in a narrative tug-of-war between various writers and genres. As the authorial control shifts between tongue-in-cheek drama, zany comedy, and thrilling fantasy, players must navigate absurd plot twists, wild character backgrounds, and unexpected challenges that test their wit and decision-making. With each choice, players influence the world around them while also grappling with the absurdity of their own agency. Will you take control of your narrative, or will you become the punchline of someone else's story?
