MetaQuest: Whose Adventure is it Anyway?

In a world where every adventurer has their own idea of a perfect quest, you play as a disgruntled Narrator who suddenly gains self-awareness. Tired of being the voice behind the characters' decisions, you embark on your own quest through the various genres of storytelling—fantasy, sci-fi, horror, and more. Along the way, you’ll encounter tropes and clichés that seek to retake control of the narrative, and it’s your job to subvert them. Players will interactively choose how to navigate through the humorous chaos of each genre while wrangling with eccentric characters who parody everything from classic hero’s journeys to absurd love stories. Will you reclaim your narrative voice or will you end up as another bystander in someone else’s cliché?
