MetaQuest: Whose Adventure Is It, Anyway?

In this satirical interactive text-based game, players plunge into a world where narratives are constantly rewritten, and the very fabric of storytelling is under siege. You take on the role of an unassuming bard who's suddenly thrust into the role of a reluctant hero tasked with saving an ever-deteriorating meta-universe from the clutches of an ‘Edit’ god who thrives on chaos and inconsistency. Engage with eccentric characters who are aware of their scripted destinies, manipulate story threads, and choose how to tackle outrageous quests, all while poking fun at the tropes of traditional adventure games. Will you follow the usual path to glory, or will you subvert expectations and craft your own wildly unpredictable tale?
