MetaQuest: Who's The Hero, Anyway?

In a world where narratives are crafted through an ancient book that has mysteriously started to self-edit, you play as a reluctant hero who accidentally becomes the protagonist. Set in a whimsical realm where tropes are not just common but sentient, you'll encounter characters who know they're in a game and may even try to rewrite their own fates. As you navigate through surreal landscapes and dialogue-heavy interactions, you must gather allies, challenge the grand Narrator, and figure out how to turn the plot into your favor—all while dodging absurdly meta dilemmas and fighting against genre clichés. Your ultimate goal? Define what it truly means to be a 'hero' in a world where nothing is as it seems.
