MetaMayhem: Whose Adventure Is It Anyway?

In a whimsical universe where storytelling is a chaotic sport, you play as Riff, an aspiring bard who gets sucked into a meta-narrative war between rival authors, each vying to create the most outrageous and dramatic plot twist of the season. As Riff, your choices will determine whether you embrace or thwart their ludicrous narratives, interact with over-the-top archetype-driven characters, and manipulate the very fabric of the story itself. Navigate through bizarre scenarios, perform absurd quests to earn narrative points, and use your metawit to outsmart the rival authors who want to control your fate. Will you craft a happy ending, or will you lean into the chaos and let the absurdity reign?
