MetaMayhem: Whose Adventure Is It, Anyway?

In a world where storytelling itself has gone haywire, you play as an unremarkable protagonist who suddenly finds themselves bearing the weight of competing narrative arcs. Characters from various genres—fantasy warriors, sci-fi rebels, and noir detectives—burst into your mundane life, each arguing for their right to lead the adventure. It’s your job to decide who gets the spotlight, navigate their exaggerated personalities, and ultimately stitch together a narrative that satisfies them all (or makes them explode in fittingly dramatic fashion). Will you appease the drama queens, or will you engineer pure chaos? The choices you make affect the genre shifts, humor, and emotional stakes throughout this interactive text experience filled with wit, conflict, and absurdity.
