Meta Adventures: Whose Turn is it Anyway?

Step into an absurd universe where the narrative is as unpredictable as a hyperactive cat. You play as Alex, an out-of-luck aspiring hero who accidentally stumbles into a 'Choose Your Own Adventure' game accentuated by whimsical characters who are aware they are in a text-based narrative. As choices unfold, you must navigate bizarre plot twists, engage in witty banter with NPCs who quibble over the direction of the story, and confront an existential crisis about authorship. Your decisions not only affect your fate but also the 'author's' whims, often leading to chuckles and dramatic facepalms. Can you outwit fate and turn the tides of this chaotic tale?
