Membraneless Inclusions

Who knew garbage dumps could be so dangerous?

As a biochemist working with yeast cells, you stumble upon an entirely new pathway for clearing misfolded proteins from the nucleus. However, one day, the clearing process goes horribly wrong and all of the misfolded proteins accumulate into membraneless inclusions that start forming into strange, misshapen bodies. You need to figure out how to stop this before it spreads to other cells and potential human patients.
