Immunological Sleuth: The Search for Biomedical Markers
T cell, or not to T cell: that is the question!
In Immunological Sleuth, you play as a researcher tasked with identifying immune traces from patients' T cell receptors to diagnose diseases mediated by the immune system. Use your knowledge of biochemistry and machine learning to identify relevant snippets from T cell receptors, fit weights and bias values, and score snippets to assign a probability close to 1 for an individual with an immune trace. But be careful, some results might not be successful due to bugs in the code!
