Immune Trace Hunter

As a medical researcher, your task is to sequence T cell receptors from patients and identify immune traces that can serve as biomarkers for diseases. Use your knowledge of Atchley numbers and linear kernels to evaluate 4-residue long snippets and find the highest scoring one to identify immune traces. Beware of local optima and aim for the global optimum to improve the statistical classifier for immune repertoires.
