When it comes to T cell receptors, I'm the Hunter and the Hunted.
In a dystopian future where infectious diseases run rampant, you play as a scientist tasked with identifying immune traces in T cell receptors to develop a cure. Use your sequencing skills and knowledge of Atchley numbers to extract relevant snippets and score them using a linear kernel. But watch out for bugs in the code and local optima that can trip you up!
