Immune Missions

You are the leader of an elite team of T-cells on a mission to fight off a deadly immune disease. Use your strategic skills to analyze T-cell receptors and identify the 4-residue long strips (snippets) that indicate immune response. Build your team with the right combination of T-cells and train them to be effective in the battlefield. Navigate through the immune system, encounter antigens and eliminate them before they spread the disease. Overcome obstacles such as autoimmune disorders and cancer in your quest for victory.
