In 'Hell-O, Whose These?', players step into the shoes of Charlie, a hilariously underqualified hauntings analyst who finds themselves stuck in an office within a quirky, bureaucratic version of the afterlife. The Office of Lost Souls manages the souls who have unresolved issues due to the lives they’ve led. Instead of typical punishment, souls are assigned quirky tasks reflecting their life decisions while Charlie must navigate increasingly absurd bureaucracy to help them—or face the absurd consequences themselves. Each soul has their own outrageous story and task, leading to surprising revelations and darkly funny interactions as you uncover their pasts while trying to keep your sanity. Solving each soul's problem allows you to climb the corporate ladder (or not!), all while dodging the erratic whims of your quirky boss who insists on strict adherence to absurd regulations.
