Hearts Unbound

In 'Hearts Unbound', players step into the shoes of Sam, a вountifully sarcastic heart transplant surgeon who is thrust into an absurd world where hearts are literally exchanged for favors, secrets, and outrageous dilemmas. As tensions rise in the hospital between morally ambiguous patients and eccentric staff, Sam must navigate through chaotic interactions, solve bizarre medical mysteries, and ultimately uncover a conspiracy that links organ trade with the bizarre underbelly of the city’s social elite. With each decision, the player risks changing hearts – both literally and figuratively – leading to multiple comedic outcomes and unexpected friendships.
