Haunted Byte: Who's This?

In a buzzing tech city, something's gone very wrong in the digital underbelly. You play as Vex, a down-on-their-luck tech support agent who discovers that their latest client, a seemingly innocent device, is haunted by the playful yet devious spirit of a long-forgotten programmer. As Vex converses with this ghostly entity, they must navigate bizarre digital realms, solve quirky puzzles, and mend the lines of code that bind the spirit to the software it once adored. Each interaction reveals more about the programmer's tragic past and their obsession with legacy, all while trying to keep Vex's own job from crashing down. The game takes unexpected turns through retro-style mini-games, AI personalities with humor to match, and plenty of sarcastic quips that keep things lively.
