In a world where every phone call connects you to a different realm of existence, players take on the role of Alex, a disillusioned call center employee who discovers that each incoming call leads to a dramatic and often hilarious situation. As Alex answers calls, they are thrust into bizarre scenarios ranging from a talking pet demanding a pizza, to a secret society of knitting grandmas on a mission, to an angry ghost seeking revenge on their ungrateful descendants. The player must navigate choices that influence the direction of each call and ultimately decide Alex's fate in this tech-meets-magic adventure where every choice could lead to laughter or chaos.
