Codebreakers' Symphony

As a top secret agent, you have received a message, encrypted with the Bark algorithm, from a potential recruit for your task force. Your mission is to decode the message by manipulating the non-speech sounds, such as ambient noise and music notes, to reveal the hidden message. But be warned, the message is on a timer and if not decoded in time, your chance to expand your task force will be lost forever.
