I'm a detective specializing in immune responses. I detect the traces that others can't.
As a detective within the bio-medical field, you are tasked with investigating cases of immune system diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. Using the latest technology, you must sequence T cell receptors from patients and analyze each 4-residue long strip to identify relevant biomarkers. Navigate through complex 3D X-ray crystallographic structures, assess frequencies of different snippets, use linear kernel to evaluate and fit weights and bias values, and detect immune traces that can serve as biomarkers.
