In this text-based adventure game, you are an overworked customer service representative at a small Internet Service Provider. As customers call and complain about connection issues, you navigate complex tech problems and office politics to keep the company afloat. But when a competitor starts to steal clients, tensions rise and you must pull out all the stops to save your job and the company.
