In a future where diseases mediated by the immune system have reached pandemic proportions, you are a T-cell receptor specialist tasked with identifying just a handful of 4-residue long strips from a patient's immune system that carry evidence of their past and current immune responses, in order to find the biomarkers to cure them. Use your knowledge of Atchley numbers and linear kernels to hunt down these elusive snippets and save humanity from disease.
