Antigen Hunt is a strategy game where the player takes on the role of a researcher tasked with identifying and hunting down specific T-cell receptors. The game mechanics revolve around analyzing snippets of T-cell receptor sequences, identifying the relevant ones, and using them to design new antibodies that can specifically target antigens associated with a given disease. The player can access a vast database of T-cell receptors from patients and must carefully select which snippets to focus on, as sequencing them all is time-consuming and costly.
